We are glad to announce that 2 new themes have been added to the PHPbb3 portals of the Informe.com community. These are WoWMoonclaw and Vistablue. You can select one of them for your Forum’ - and Main Portal’s page, but not for Wiki or Blog sections.  It is no doubt that we continue working on adding new styles and themes to our portals. So, your comments, bug reports, new suggestions are welcome!  We are always ready to consider them. Dear all! Due to some technical reasons we are forced to close the registration of the new portals for a while. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience. We are working diligently to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Dear Informe users! As many of you had asked us in the Support Forum we've changed the captcha design in the posts and in the registration form too. Now you'll be able to use recaptcha which is more readable and convenient. We've also added an automatical antivirus check for every file uploaded to the Informe.com forums. This enables our users more protection against adware, malware and other unwanted downloads. We are waiting forward to your commentaries and suggestions on our Support Forum.

Dear all! The antispam questions and answers have been created as a test option on our forums which will provide our users with the high security from spam messages. This option is under development and we are testing its work now. We are working on the ability to switch on/off this function for every portal in ACP and on the possibility to change questions. We are going to improve the design too. We hope on your understanding. Your comments and suggestions are welcome.

Dear users! Since this week all new portals will be created on the new server. It is aimed to make the work of our system better. We hope you will find our service convenient and nice. 

Dear all! We have activated the function which enables the new registered portals to get an account on our forum www.support.informe.com automatically. After you receive the e-mail with the activation link for your portal and follow this link, you’ll find your username and password for the forum of our support on the opened page. You can use them by logging in to the www.support.informe.com. You are also able to change the username and the password in accordance with your desire.

Dear users! We are proud to announce you that the “Log in” bug has been currently fixed. From now on, you can log in your account by using Firefox and Chrome browsers without any problems. We hope you will find the work of our portals more pleasant.

Dear users! We are glad to inform you that all our portals of version 3 have been moved onto another more powerful server, which is aimed to improve the stability and performance capabilities of our system. The database structure also has been optimized. We hope you will enjoy our service!

We plan to move Informe system to another more powerful server next week. This can entail some problems with your portals availability. Be aware such problems are temporary and all the portals will be available after system removing. Some technical problems may also appear on your portals (such as error messages), please tell us of such cases so that we may react opportunely.
